Chelsea head coach Graham Potter has compared the start of his career at the London club to the early days of Pep Guardiola, Mikel Arteta and Jurgen Klopp in the Premier League. The Blues have won two of their last eight matches in all competitions.

"I've been here for four months, and five to six weeks of that have been lost to the international break. I think Pep worked with Manchester City for a year before they won anything. Obviously, Arteta and Klopp needed some time. Of course, I may have a different situation. I don't set a time frame. I know the responsibility we have here.

We've had a long transition period, injury problems don't make stability easier, but it's something like blah, blah, blah, isn't it? People want to see results and 'shut up Graham, what are you talking about?' We need to win," Potter was quoted as saying by Goal.

On Sunday, "Chelsea" will meet with "Manchester City" in the framework of the 3rd round of the FA Cup.
