Ilya Zabarny— I do not see a bright candidate for the transfer from Dynamo to Serie A right now. Tsygankov may still be probed, given the interest in him from Lazio a few seasons ago. Clubs that are able to spend will not take the young Ukrainian central defender dearly. I think Zabarny's destiny is to play in the Premier League later, and for now he will definitely spend the season in the Premier League, Velikikh said in an interview with 1927.kiev.ua.
