An athlete must be completely healthy in order to fully train.
Secondly, according to the regulations, once every six months we must submit mandatory medical permits from a doctor to the Premier League.

— An examination by such highly specialized specialists as a cardiologist, an otolaryngologist, a neuropathologist and an ophthalmologist is mandatory. Athletes also take tests and undergo instrumental research methods, including ultrasound examination of the thyroid gland, abdominal organs, small pelvis, as well as echocardiography of the heart, ultrasound of the vessels of the neck and brain. In addition, they undergo a cardiogram.

- There are no secondary examinations. It just might seem that something is more important, something is less. The picture consists of all analyses. It's like a car: no matter what breaks - the engine or the wheel - it still won't go. If there are serious deviations, then they need to be identified and treated in time.
- Is the traditional distribution of players into two groups due to the logistics of the medical facility?
- Practice shows that, first of all, it is easier for the players themselves - they wait less time in queues under the doctors' offices, respectively, they are less nervous and tired.

- Are there any examinations that are performed exclusively by the medical staff of the team at the club base?
- Yes, but these are mostly functional examinations, control of body fat percentage, weight. We constantly monitor the physical and emotional state of our players. Basically, we examine the players every day.
- Can we already talk about the results of the examination of the first group?
— So far they are only superficial. We will also talk with specialists who will tell you in more detail if they have any comments. We will make final conclusions in a few days, when we receive the results of all analyzes.
