After an hour and a half discussion, Petrakov was chosen from among the proposed candidates, informs the official website of the FFA.
Nothing is reported about any details of the contract between the 65-year-old specialist and the FFA.
Recall that the other day the Ukrainian Football Association (UAF) announced the termination of cooperation with Petrakov due to the end of the contract.
The first test for the new coach of the Armenian national team will be the Euro 2024 qualifying round. Armenia will play in the same group with Croatia, Wales, Turkey and Latvia in this tournament.
