President of Dynamo Kyiv Igor Surkis commented on the information about the potential transfer of Viktor Tsygankov to the Spanish Girona.

Recall, earlier it became known that Tsygankov passed a medical examination at Girona and signed a four-year preliminary agreement with the club, which will come into force from the new season. Until the summer, the winger had to finish playing at Dynamo, and then move to the Spanish club as a free agent.
However, information appeared in the Spanish press that Girona intends to get Tsygankov already in January, and is ready to pay Dynamo compensation for the 25-year-old football player.
