On Saturday, the youth team of Kyiv "Dynamo" started a training camp in Antalya, where the first team of "white and blue" is also preparing for the resumption of the season nearby.
The morning of the first training day of the camp for Ihor Kostyuk's wards began with a run on the sand along the Mediterranean coast.
Before the very beginning, Ihor Kostyuk gathered the team around him and announced the work plan for the first days of the meeting, and also wished his wards productive work.
The coaching staff also congratulated goalkeeper Yuriy Avramenko on his birthday.
The run was followed by interesting exercises on the sand, thanks to which the players not only got a load on certain muscle groups, but also a lot of positives, because they received unusual tasks from the coaching staff.
The exercise on the sand also ended with a run, only this time the people of Dynamo ran along the coast in the other direction from the hotel, which is located next to the sea.
By the way, several other Ukrainian teams stayed in the same hotel as Dynamo U-19, including the first team of Kryvbas, which arrived in Belek late the night before. In addition to her, the youth team "Zori" moved into the hotel the day before.
In the evening, the Dynamo players went to the first training session on the field - on the green lawn of the Limak Arcadia Football Center, located next to the hotel where the main team of the "white and blue" stayed.
