On the third working day at the winter training camp in Turkey, Dynamo Kyiv held one training session on the central field of the Mardan Sports Complex.
In the morning, the people of Dynamo, divided into two groups, did strength exercises in the gym of the hotel, which became their home for the next month.
In the evening, the people of Kyiv held an intense and rich training session on the green lawn. After lunch, Oleksandr Tymchyk, who was given the day off due to the birth of a child, joined the team. With a great mood, the new father immediately started working in the general group.
The team started with a warm-up, after which ball control exercises began. First, the traditional "squares", and then the field players were divided into three groups, dressed in shirts of different colors, and practiced keeping the ball already on the large perimeter of the field.
The exercise, focused on working out individual technique, seemed extraordinary. Having broken up into pairs, the players took turns facing each other in the half of the field - one player with the ball broke through to the goal to make a shot, the other tried to hinder him and take the ball away. The speed of the feet, decision-making and reactions - these are the qualities football players had to show in addition to technical skills. In each pair, the players fought to the last, with great zeal.
At the end of the training, the "white and blue" were waiting for another game exercise, in which emotions and excitement are always bubbling. This is a traditional tournament of three mini-teams on a small field with a limited number of touches on the ball. Here, too, there were enough beautiful goals scored by those who do it a little less often in games, in particular defenders. So, after Denys Popov's masterpiece shot, which broke the applause of his partners, Mircea Lucescu asked him to hit the goal just as boldly and to repeat this goal in the matches as well.
And the victory this time was won by the team in blue, which was unlucky in the last few days. Today's winners include Oleksandr Tymchyk, Oleksandr Karavaev, Anton Tsarenko, Bohdan Lednev, Samba Diallo, Nazar Voloshyn, Vladislav Kabaev and Vladislav Vanat.
On Tuesday, "Dynamo" will play its first control match this year. The opponent is Rapid Wien. In the morning on the day of the game, Mircea Lucescu's team will warm up on the pitch. The meeting starts at 16:00 Kyiv time (17:00 local time).
