The appeal of A. O. Tymoshchuk against the decision of the KDC UAF dated 11.03.2022 was rejected in its entirety. The UAF appeals committee left this decision of the UAF KDC unchanged.

— ban Tymoshchuk A.O. from any activity related to football (administrative, sports, etc.) for life;
— to deprive A. O. Tymoshchuk of all titles in the championship of Ukraine, the Cup of Ukraine, the Super Cup of Ukraine;
— to recommend to the UAF Licensing Center to take appropriate measures to revoke (revoke) the Pro-UEFA coaching license of A. O. Tymoshchuk;
— instruct the UAF administration to contact the state authorities to deprive A. O. Tymoshchuk of all state awards and honorary titles.
From the moment of the full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine, Tymoshchuk A. O., the former captain of the Ukrainian national team, continues his cooperation with the aggressor's club.
The decision of the UAF Appeals Committee can be appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne.
