"Dynamo" defender Oleksandr Karavaev shared his impressions of the training camp in Turkey in a comment to the club's press service.

— First of all, very heavy physical exertion, twice a day. Classes in the gym, running. There were also serious workloads in Kyiv when we started training. Hard training, but we know that we have to endure the first week and then it will be easier. Everyone is ready, everyone knows what to do.
— After the first control match of "Dynamo" there was a lot of criticism at the meeting. What are your takeaways from this matchup?
— For our team, the result is always important, it doesn't matter if it's a friendly match or an official one. We have no right to play like this and lose with such a score. Watched this game the next day, made appropriate conclusions. Yes, we played under heavy loads, but the next matches we will play differently. Such mistakes should not be made.
— For "Rapid", the meetings have been going on for the second month, and for "Dynamo" at that moment it was only the fourth day...
— It happens that teams that are in different conditions play. I remember that once we were also finishing the training session and in the last days we played against an opponent who had just started training - it was very easy. When you have a lot of energy, you are ready - everything is completely different. Meetings are always difficult at the beginning. It's good that there was such a good opponent, it was difficult for us.
— After Tsygankov's move to Girona, will the competition on the right wing only intensify?
— I don't care what position I play. The main thing is that I bring value to the team. How many years have I been in "Dynamo" - I always play in different positions. I try to be useful. Where the coach sees me, I will play there. I repeat, the main thing is to play and benefit Dynamo.
