The details of the organization of the Ukrainian Cup draw for the 2022/23 season have become known. UPL and PFL clubs have to decide on the format and dates of the Ukrainian Cup for the 2022/23 season, but there is currently no deadline for making a final decision. This was reported by a source in the Ukrainian Football Association.
Both organizations are currently holding consultations with clubs to reach a common vision. The situation is complicated by two factors. The first is the small number of free dates for Ukrainian Cup matches in the spring calendar. The second is a possible re-attack by the Russian invaders in February-March 2023. It is with these details in mind that the decision to hold the tournament has not yet been made.
