18-year-old forward Kevin Kelsey moves to Shakhtar from Uruguayan club Boston River. The agreement with the player runs until the end of 2028.

Kevin Kelsey is a pupil of the Venezuelan club "Mineros", for which he played for the main team from 2021: he played 31 matches, scored 5 goals and made 1 assist. In January 2023, he joined the Uruguayan club Boston River, but did not play for the team.

Kelsey is a footballer of the youth national team of Venezuela (5 matches, 2 goals), in which he is currently playing in the South American Championship (U-20).
