- in July 2022, he organized a football tournament dedicated to the day of the Russian Navy, which was attended by the "head" of the so-called "VGA of Kharkiv region".
On December 20, 2022, the law enforcement officers detained the man in accordance with Art. 208 of the CPC of Ukraine. He is in custody. The indictment was approved and sent to the court.
