Representatives of the Turkish club Hatayspor issued a statement regarding the search for striker Christian Atsu, who was buried under the rubble of buildings after the earthquake.

"We reported that Christian was rescued. But according to the latest information, Atsu and sports director Taner Savut are under rubble. We hope that there will be good news very soon," said Mustafa Ozat, vice president of Hatayspor.
