Chelsea bosses are planning to buy the rights to Atletico Madrid's Portuguese striker João Feliz, who is currently on loan to the Blues, Cadena Ser reports.

According to the source, Chelsea will pay €80 million for the 23-year-old. Interestingly, Feliz joined Chelsea on loan this winter. The Londoners paid €11 million for the transfer.
