Manchester City manager Josep Guardiola has revealed why he did not make a substitution in the first leg of their Champions League round of 16 tie against RB Leipzig.

— I have the opportunity to use up to five substitutions in a match, but that doesn't mean I have to do them. I'm a good enough coach to decide what I have to do, Josep Guardiola said.

Interestingly, RB Leipzig coach Marco Rose used all five substitutions.
