Sergei Kiryakov, a former player of the USSR and CIS national teams, told us whether he kept in touch with his Ukrainian friends after Russia's attack on Ukraine, called "SVO" in the marshes.

- Yes, there are those with whom I keep in touch. I won't say with whom. Now it might somehow affect something - them, probably to a greater extent. We communicate normally. Human relations remain, we can call each other and see how things are going. But we try not to even touch that painful topic for everyone," Kiriakov said in an interview with the local media.
