Following the news that Andriy Pavelko had withdrawn his appeal against his removal from the office of UAF president, the association issued an official statement:
"To the attention of the media! The information about the withdrawal of the appeal against the court decision to remove UAF President Andriy Pavelko from office is not true.
Appeals against the relevant ruling of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv were filed in accordance with the procedure provided for by law and within the time limit.
UAF President Andriy Pavelko continues to fulfill his official duties."
