The International Football Organization keeps the name of the winner of The Best award, which is presented to the best player of the year, a secret. The main contenders are Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappe and Karim Benzema.

According to Mundo Deportivo's Paris correspondent Dani Gil, FIFA has not yet informed the players who will win the award. The organization asked Messi, Mbappe and Benzema to attend the award ceremony.
