Legendary French football player and coach Just Fontaine has died at the age of 90. This was reported by L'Equipe.
During his playing career, Fontaine became the champion of France four times, was a two-time winner of the French Cup, as well as a finalist in the European Champions Cup.
Fontaine played 21 matches for the French national team, scoring 30 goals. He holds the record for the most goals at a single World Cup - at the 1958 World Cup, the Frenchman scored 13 goals, winning bronze medals with his team.
As a coach, Fontaine led the national teams of France and Morocco, PSG and Toulouse.
