Alexander Pikhalenok (photo: scdnipro1.com.ua)- I joined "Dnipro-1" first on a six-month lease. Then "Dnipro-1" offered to buy me. We started to negotiate with "Shakhtar". I satisfied the price, and I did not mind to become a "Dnipro-1" player on a full-time basis. That's how it all worked out. I hope that we`ll achieve successes together with Dnipro-1.
- You've worked with Igor Yovichevich at Dnipro 1. Is it true that he wanted to invite you to Shakhtar?
- He did not say anything like that, he never called me. And "Shakhtar" contacted me in the summer, yes. But it all went quiet very quickly.
