The Ukrainian defender of the English "Everton" Vitaliy Mykolenko was not included in the application of his team for the match of the championship of England against "Nottingham Forest".

The official Twitter account of "Everton" reported that Vitaliy Mikolenko was not included in the team's application for the away match in the APL against "Nottingham Forest" due to illness. The club did not elaborate on what exactly was involved.
