Konoplyanka was injured. His participation in the match against England is questionable

The reason why the Ukrainian midfielder of the Polish "Krakowy" Evgeniy Konoplyanka was not in the application of his team for yesterday's match of the Polish championship against "Warta" (0-0) became known.

According to the head coach of "Krakowia" Jacek Zielinski, the 33-year-old footballer was injured at the regular training of his team, which took place last Friday, two days before the mentioned match.

There`s no information about the exact nature of Konoplyanka`s injury and terms of his return to work yet. But, according to Zielinski, the Ukrainian, most likely, won't play in Krakowia`s next match - against Rakow in the 25th matchday of the Polish championship, which will be held this coming Saturday, March 18.

It will be recalled, Konoplyanka is called up to the Ukraine national team for the Euro 2024 qualification match against England (March 26, London).
