Qatar Sports Investments, a company run by PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi, is in talks to buy Malaga, El Partidazo de COPE reports.

Several years ago, an international arrest warrant was issued for Al-Thani on charges of money laundering, embezzlement and maladministration.
