"I was approached by the national team coaching staff with an offer to play for Moldova. I talked to my family, my relatives and decided to accept the invitation. I talked to the head coach Serhii Kleshchenko, and we understood each other perfectly.
I want to thank the Moldovan Football Federation for giving me the opportunity to play for the national team and I want to promise everyone that I will give my best on the field in every match because I want to help the team.
Moldova is not a stranger to me. I was born here, I have many relatives here. Before the war in Ukraine, I used to come to Moldova quite often, to my native village of Kopchak," Baboglo said.
