As previously reported, Ukraine is excluded from a joint bid with Spain and Portugal to host the finals of the World Cup 2030. The reason - corruption scandals and related litigation, in which the UAF management is mired. However, the situation may yet change in favor of Ukraine.
According to rfef.es, Soccer Federation of Spain has confirmed that all indeed reached an agreement to submit a joint bid for the World Cup 2030 with Portugal and Morocco, which replaced Ukraine in this project.
However, it is reported that this bid can be expanded. Soccer Federations of Spain and Portugal hope that the UAF and its president will solve the existing problems, and then it is possible option in which the application for the World Cup 2030 will be submitted by four countries - Spain, Portugal, Morocco and Ukraine.
