On March 19, the Ukrainian U-19 national team will begin a training camp dedicated to the matches of the elite qualifying round of Euro 2023. In Spain, the blue and yellows will face the hosts of the tournament, as well as the national teams of Luxembourg and Denmark. The matches will take place in Almendralejo (Francisco de la Hera) and Badajoz (Estadio Municipal Villanovense). The head coach of our team, Sergiy Nagornyak, has called up 20 players for this training camp.

In the elite round, 28 participants will compete for tickets to the final stage, which will take place from July 3 to 16 this year in Malta. The winners of seven groups will get there.
At this stage of the selection in March, 27 teams that have passed the first stage and the Portuguese, who received a direct pass to the elite round as the leaders of the rating of the corresponding age, will play.
It will be recalled that in the qualifying round of Euro 2023 (U-19), the youth national team of Ukraine under the leadership of Serhiy Nagornyak finished with the maximum result in first place in the group.
