Milan tried to get back into the game, but they just couldn't find a way through the Udinese defense. Both teams made substitutions in the latter stages of the match: Udinese released L. Samardzic and I. Success, while Milan had C. De Keteler, F. Tomori and B. Diaz. However, none of these changes were able to affect the outcome of the game and Udinese won 3-1. The match was not without controversy: in the last minutes of the game, yellow cards were shown to players from both sides. But overall, Udinese deserved their win and they will get more confidence from this performance as they look to end the season successfully. It was an exciting match, full of twists and turns and surprises, and it will long be remembered by those who attended or watched it. Both teams showed great spirit and determination and although AC Milan suffered a defeat in this one, they will undoubtedly come back and continue their fight for the top spots in Serie A.
