London Arsenal will play in the MLS All-Star Game in the summer of 2023, The Athletic reports.
This year's exhibition match will take place on July 19 at Audi Field in Washington, DC. The team of MLS stars will be led by Wayne Rooney, who is the head coach of D.C. United.
"Last year, our tour of the United States was a great preparation for the season. We are looking forward to meeting our American fans. Playing with the MLS stars will be a good test before the 2023/24 season," Arsenal coach Mikel Arteta was quoted as saying by the club's press service.
The Gunners are owned by American Stan Kroenke, who also owns MLS club Colorado Rapids.
