The legendary Ukrainian striker Andriy Shevchenko is in Kyiv these days as an ambassador of the United24 Foundation.
Today, the ex-mentor of the Ukrainian national team visited the Okhmatdyt children's hospital in the capital, where he met with her little patients. In particular, Shevchenko talked to 6-year-old Marina from Vysokopolye, Kherson region, who lost her leg after a Russian bomb hit her house.
It should be noted that Marina is the first Ukrainian child with an amputation as a result of Russian shelling, who was prosthetized in Ukraine.
