Vitao may finally leave Shakhtar next summer.

Vitao's contract with the Donetsk club is valid until the summer of 2024. If FIFA extends the provision allowing foreign players to unilaterally look for teams due to the full-scale phase of the Russian-Ukrainian war, Shakhtar risks losing the Brazilian center back for free.
