The Ukrainian Ukrainian midfielder of the Cypriot "Omonia" Roman Bezus turned out to be a failure for the next match in his team.
The 32-year-old player was included into the application form of "Omonia" for yesterday's match of the 1/2 finals of the Cyprus Cup with "Paphos" (1:1), but he was not included in the starting lineup. Bezus came on the pitch in the 70th minute of the meeting, coming on as a substitute. However, two minutes after it, he received a yellow card. Another 10 minutes later, the Ukrainian was repeatedly cautioned and automatically received a red card.
It should be added that another Ukrainian international - a striker Artem Besedin, who was on loan by the club from Dynamo Kyiv - was not included in the application for the match against Paphos.
In the current season Bezus played 30 matches for "Omonia" in all tournaments (in 13 of them he appeared in the starting lineup). He has four goals and one assists, 12 yellow cards and one suspension.
