The clubs of the English Premier League have decided to remove the advertising of betting companies from the game uniforms, Sky Sports reports.

The Premier League will become the first sports league in Great Britain to voluntarily refuse to advertise for bookmakers. This decision was made after consultation with the Ministry of Culture.
In addition, eight clubs are currently advertised by betting companies - Bournemouth, Brentford, Everton, Newcastle, Fulham, Leeds, Southampton and West Ham.
