The parties parted by mutual consent. The French specialist took charge of the team in the summer of 2022. One of the reasons for Garcia's dismissal could be a conflict with Cristiano Ronaldo. Apparently, the star football player was dissatisfied with the training process and complained about it to the management.

Dinko Jelicic, who led the club's youth team, became the new coach of Al-Nasra. The 49-year-old coach is being considered as an interim option while management looks for an alternative.
