The former midfielder of Kyiv Dynamo Andrii Yarmolenko, who now plays in the Emirati club Al-Ain, distinguished himself by another effective action for his club.
Andrey Yarmolenko33-year-old footballer was in the starting lineup of Al-Ain for yesterday's return match of the UAE President's Cup with Al Wasl, and on the 23rd minute of the meeting it was after a spectacular pass by Yarmolenko on the heel, Eric Menezes opened the scoring.
As it turned out, that goal was the only and, consequently, the winning one in the match. Al Ain made it to the final of the tournament on aggregate (0-0, 1-0).
