Ukrainian goalkeeper Artem Zaloga, 15, has won the Bundesliga U-17 championship, journalist Serhiy Tyshchenko reports on his Facebook page.
In the final, the Ukrainian's team, Arminia Bielefeld, defeated their Wolfsburg counterparts 2-1. Zaloga played the entire match.
Artem has been in Germany since the beginning of the war. At first he played for Hesse, but since February he has been defending the colors of Arminia. In the new team he played 4 matches, conceding three goals.
In Ukraine, Zaloga played at the Dnipro Academy.
