Paris will not make a new offer to the 37-year-old until they guarantee themselves the championship in the current French Ligue 1 season. The Spaniard will also have to accept lower financial terms. Ramos' current contract expires in the summer of 2023.
With seven matches left in the French league, PSG is leading the standings, eight points ahead of second-placed Marseille.
