FIFA President Gianni Infantino has expressed his condolences over the recent untimely death of former Dynamo football player Pavlo Shkapenko.

It seems that words are not enough to express the sadness we feel over this loss. On behalf of the members of the international football community, I would like to express our sincere condolences to the Ukrainian Football Association, and most importantly to Pavlo's family, friends and loved ones. We hope that the memories and our words of support will help bring peace and comfort at this difficult time," reads the letter addressed to the UAF President.
