The goalkeeper has been working for a long time with Ivan Pirozhenko and Sasha Yakovenko, who a few years ago became part of the large Italian company GG11 (one of the largest companies in Italy, which has a great influence in their homeland). Now Bushchan's interests will be represented by Vadym Shabliy's Ukrainian office ProStar.

Bushchan reached his peak with Pirozhenko. He became the main goalkeeper for Dynamo and the Ukrainian national team. He played twice in the Champions League and defended the national team's goal at the Euros. He could claim to move to a leading championship.
