"Lunin tried, but couldn't, or at least wasn't able to. Also, luck was not on his side. Lunin is an impeccable professional, but he still lacks a small step. He conceded four goals, but the responsibility for such a result lies with more than one player," the article says.
The author of the piece also notes that the coming summer will be key for Lunin in terms of determining his future career.
"This summer will be decisive because the club and the player will have to make a decision: to extend the agreement or agree to a transfer, so that in a year the player does not leave for free. It is up to Lunin to decide whether he wants to continue in Courtois' shadow," notes the author.
