The UAF Control and Disciplinary Committee dismissed Kryvbas's complaint about the behaviour of referee Denys Shurman after the Minaj vs Kryvbas match.
The UAF's reasoning: Kryvbas's complaint did not meet the requirements of the UAF's disciplinary rules. According to TaToTake, Kryvbas's statement did not contain the necessary details of the addressee and sender of the complaint.
As a result. The KDC refused to open proceedings against Shurman's behaviour and gave the Kryvyi Rih club five days to appeal the decision to the UAF Appeals Committee. It is worth reminding that according to Kryvbas representatives, referee Shurman foul-mouthed the head coach of the visitors, Yuriy Vernydub, after the match.
