"Aston Villa are confident of acquiring Abraham

"Aston Villa are not giving up their intentions to sign Roma striker Tammy Abraham, according to 90min.

Despite the interest in the 25-year-old from leading European clubs, the Villans are confident that they will be able to complete the transfer of the English forward this summer. Birmingham are looking forward to the return of Abraham, who played on loan in the 2018/19 season and helped the team reach the Premier League.

It will be recalled that Tammy's current contract with Roma runs until June 2026. The player's contract contains a clause on the right of first refusal from Chelsea, from where he moved to Rome in the summer of 2021.
