Dynamo Kyiv midfielder Benito commented on his team's 2-1 win over Vorskla Poltava in the 24th round of the Ukrainian championship, in which he scored the winning goal.

- Yes, it was not easy to adapt, because the opponents acted against our players individually, holding not zones, but each player. So it was not easy for us, we had to move a lot to move forward.
We made a mistake in defense, and they took the lead. We were forced to attack even more, and our opponents caught us on the counterattack and created new scoring opportunities.
It was great that we managed to equalize before the break. If we hadn't, it would have been very difficult for us in the second half. But we managed to respond. I think that in this game we showed ourselves well as a team.
- Did the coaches make many tactical adjustments to the game during the break?
- Not really. They just asked us to add more movement. Since the opponents were blocking us individually, our players needed to move more. The constant movement of the attacking players gave the others more options for developing attacks. The coach asked us to move more and attack more actively. And this led to the fact that we got a scoring chance, which we realized.
- Is your debut goal something you've been striving for for several matches? Are you happy to have scored the winning goal?
- I am very happy to have scored because this goal was decisive and brought us the victory in the end. These three points are very important for us because all of our competitors who are above us in the standings have scored maximum points in this round. "Shakhtar won, Dnipro-1 and Zorya also won yesterday. We have to keep fighting for medal places. I'm very happy that my goal helped us get these three points.
- You scored the goal in an atypical manner for you - not after a dribble or a flank pass, but by playing the finish like a real center forward...
- That's right. If you want to score goals, it's important to be in the right place at the right time, in front of the goal. In every attack, someone had to be ready to finish the ball from close range. I made a lot of dribbling attempts, but Vorskla defended very compactly. So we had to constantly go forward and wait for the defenders or the goalkeeper to make mistakes. This led to us getting an opportunity to score, which we took advantage of.
