Lonwijk wants to change citizenship to play for Suriname

Dutch midfielder of Kyiv Dynamo Justin Lonwijk intends to change his citizenship, Surinam_Col tweeted referring to the Surinamese press.

According to the source, 23-year-old footballer is ready to acquire the citizenship of Suriname to play for the national team of this country.

Apart from Lonwijk, Stefano Denswil (Trabzonspor Turkey), Doraso Klas (Den Hague Netherlands), Deyshawn Redan (Venice Italy) and Virgil Misicjan (Twente Netherlands) are reportedly also ready to apply for a Surinamese passport.
