Dmytro Panchyshyn, the head referee of the 25th round match between Chornomorets and Dnipro 1, awarded a penalty kick to the Odessa club when the score was 1-1.
As you can see on the photo, 11-meter shot was awarded for a misconduct outside the penalty area. Artem Dovbik took it, but the Chornomorets goalkeeper Yevhen Past reflected the shot, but Dovbik scored on the rebound.
Next, the referee indicated that the penalty had to be replayed as Past came out of the gate before the shot was taken. At the second attempt, Dovbik failed to score again - Paste parried the shot, after which the defenders knocked the ball away.
In the end, Dnipro 1 managed to take the lead thanks to the late Dovbik who headed home the effort following a corner-kick to make it 2-1.
