Paris Saint-Germain striker Neymar is looking to continue his career at Foggy Bottom, ESPN reports.
According to a source, in February, PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi met with Chelsea owner Todd Bowley in Paris to discuss Neymar's transfer.
Neymar still has four years left on his contract, but PSG is ready to let the 31-year-old Brazilian international leave in the summer off-season.
Neymar himself, who is currently recovering from leg surgery, was initially reluctant to leave Paris, but has changed his mind in recent weeks and is now open to changing clubs.
Neymar no longer feels that he is welcome at PSG and believes that he would be better off playing for another team next season.
The Brazilian is considering the Premier League, but even the English giants will find it difficult to afford the Brazilian's salary of €40 million a year, not to mention his high transfer value.
