Dynamo fan killed in fighting near Bakhmut

The bloody war that Russia has waged against Ukraine is claiming the lives of the best of us.

Unfortunately, the fan movement of Dynamo Kyiv also suffered another loss. In the battle near Bakhmut, Maksym Maksymenko, call sign "Ajax", a fighter with the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, was killed. For many years, he attended both home and away matches of the White and Blues. Maksym sincerely and wholeheartedly loved our club.

The Dynamo Kyiv team, including the management, coaches, players and all club employees, expresses its deepest condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of Ajax.
