Former Dynamo forward Viktor Leonenko commented on the controversial penalty awarded to Oleksandriya in the postponed match of the 1st round of the Ukrainian championship against Dnipro 1.

"We have already been announced that VAR will be in every game at Shakhtar and Dnipro 1. Only who watched it? I thought Rotan ran around asking everyone to watch VAR. But he ran to some coach. Maybe there should have been a red one.

For some reason the commentator thought there was a penalty. We argue with replays and the referee decided without watching it. Now any controversial penalty will be awarded, and VAR won't save it. No one watches it," Leonenko said in a podcast on his Telegram channel.
