Arsenal London head coach Mikel Arteta has commented on the club's 0-3 defeat to Brighton in the English Championship.
"Today we have to apologise for the game. It was unacceptable. Mathematically a championship is still possible, but today it is impossible to think about it. We need to digest the result and the game in the second half.
"Brighton were really good. We expected a game like that. In the first half we knew how they would play, but after conceding the second goal, we no longer knew how to respond. They used the space well and punished us.
I will always defend my players, so it is my fault. After such a defeat at home, we must first analyse ourselves before we talk about someone else," the BBC quoted Arteta as saying.
