The finalists in the Conference League semi-finals were decided after yesterday's second leg.
Fiorentina of Italy and West Ham of England will play in the decisive match for the trophy, having managed to cope with Basel of Switzerland and AZ of the Netherlands respectively in the semi-finals.
It should be added that the final of the 2022/23 Conference League season will take place on June 7 in Prague at the Eden Arena. Fiorentina are the nominal hosts.
