The Golden Talent project has compiled a fresh ranking of Ukrainian footballers born in 2004 and younger based on the results of a survey of more than 100 experts and the processing of their questionnaires. In April 2023, Dynamo midfielder Anton Tsarenko was recognised as the best Ukrainian footballer in the U-19 age group.

It was in April that Anton Tsarenko, a young graduate of the Dynamo Academy, scored his debut goal at the UPL level in the first team of the capital's club - in the 35th minute of the Ukrainian championship match against Minai, the midfielder put Dynamo ahead 1-0. In total, in April, he played 192 minutes in four UPL matches.
In the April poll, 87 out of 129 experts included Tsarenko in their questionnaires (in 47 cases, he was ranked No. 1), which guaranteed him the lead, as Dynamo's main rival in absentia, Andriy Buleza of Minaj, received 79 places in the questionnaires (30 - No. 1).
In the same order, Tsarenko and Buleza were ranked in the March rating. But Bohdan Slyubyk, who was third in March, this time missed out on the top three because Kyrylo Sigeev gradually started getting more and more playing time at the UPL level in Oleksandriya.
Slyubyk himself is fourth, and his teammate Maksym Boyko, who is still playing for the U-19 team (unlike Slyubyk, who plays for the first team), made it to the top 5.
